I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:00 am.
The pledge to the flag of the United States of America was led by Hayley England
II. Present: Stephanie Craig, Richard Porter, and Hayley England.
Absent: Scott Frederick, Randy Fisher, excused
Audience: Harold Badger
III. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made by Hayley, 2nd by Richard to accept the agenda as written. All in favor. The motion passed.
IV. Public Comment: None
V. New Business
1. Approve Resolution 2022-04 to set a public hearing June 1, 2022, to re-district property from agricultural to light industrial for Shipsterns Solar project. A motion was made by Stephanie, 2nd by Hayley to approve resolution 2022-04. All in favor; the motion passed.
VII. Adjourn: A motion was made by Hayley, 2nd by Stephanie to adjourn at 11:04. All in favor; the motion passed.
