July 10, 2025 7:00 p.m.

Planning Commission present: Rick Offerson (Chair), Sally Jackson (Vice Chair), Scott Frederick, Chip Hanlon, Janet Cuatt

Staff: David Martin (Zoning Administrator)

Guests: None

Purpose of this Public Hearing: Review Master Plan Revisions and Updates

1.      Pledge of Allegiance: The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

2.      Call to Order, Roll call of members:

3.      Approval of the Agenda: A motion was made by Jackson; seconded by Hanlon, to accept the agenda as presented. Motion passed unanimously.

4.      Public Comment on any issues not on the agenda: None

5.      Public Hearing opened: 7:02 pm.

6.      Public Hearing Closed:  7:03pm.

7.      New Business:

a.      Master Plan* approval: A motion was made by Hanlon; seconded by Jackson to approve the Master Plan as presented. The motion passed unanimously. Next step is to provide it to the Board of Trustees for their August meeting.

8.      Adjournment: A motion was made by Jackson; seconded by Fredrick, to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
