Special Meeting
June 11, 2026- 7:00 p.m.
Planning Commission present: Rick Offerson (Chair), Scott Frederick, Chip Hanlon, Janet Cuatt
Staff: David Martin (Zoning Administrator)
Absent: Sally Jackson (Vice Chair)
1. Pledge of Allegiance: The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance. 7:00pm.
2. Call to Order, Roll Call of Members: 7:01pm.
3. Approval of the Agenda. A motion was made by Frederick; seconded by Hanlon, to accept the agenda as presented. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Approval of Minutes from the last meeting (if available): Minutes will be available next meeting.
5. Public Comment on any issue not on the agenda: 7:02pm.
6. Close public comment: 7:02pm.
7. New Business:
a. Site Plan review for Kellogg Community College addition of a large 40’ x 60’ accessory building.* Martin provided the Site Plans for review. The building is of simple design to be used for storage and use of the school, possibly welding classes. Due to its size, the request requires approval from the Planning Commission. Lewan at Carlisle Wortman reviewed the plans, has no concerns or issues, its well within the setbacks. The college’s goal is to have the building completed by early August. A motion was made by Frederick; seconded by Hanlon, to approve the accessory building for Kellogg Community College per the Site Plan. Motion passed unanimously.
8. Reminder our next regular scheduled meeting will be on August 6, 2026.
