Notice of Sealed Bid Auction

The Sheridan Township Clerk is accepting sealed bids for the following:

Cannon TS5940DLX 48-Gun large-capacity, heavy-duty gun and home security safe

·         The safe may be inspected at the Sheridan Township Office Building between 9am and 4pm Monday through Thursday.

·         All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Safe Bid” and your contact information.

·         The minimum bid for the safe is $750.

·         Bids must be submitted to the Sheridan Township Clerk, 13355 29 Mile Road. Albion, MI 49224 by 4:00pm August 19, 2026.

·         Bids will be opened at 9:30am August 20, 2026.

·         The safe is being sold “as is” without warranties or guarantees.  The winning bidder will be notified by August 21, 2026.

·         Payment must be made withing 7 days of notification. 

·         Pickup will be scheduled at the Township building Monday-Thursday from 9am to 4pm.

·         Buyer is responsible for pick-up and removal of the safe and will be liable for any damage to the township building that occurs during the removal process.
