I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:30 am.
The pledge of allegiance to the Flag of the United States: Led by Richard Porter.
II. Present: Randy Fisher, Stephanie Craig, Richard Porter, Scott Frederick.
Absent: Hayley England, excused.
III. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to accept the agenda as presented. All in favor, the motion passed.
IV. Public Comment: None
V. New Business
1. Approve sending out architectural drawings for public bids on fire station addition. ARPA funds will be used for partial cost of addition. The balance funded by the township. A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to approve sending out architectural drawings for public bids on the fire station addition, and approve using the ARPA funds for partial cost of the addition.
VI. Adjourn: A motion was made by Scott, 2nd by Randy to adjourn at 11:32. All in favor, the motion passed.
