Sheridan Township Board of Trustees Meeting

I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:00 am.
Pledge: The pledge was led by Richard Porter.
II. Present: Randy Fisher, Stephanie Craig, and Richard Porter, Scott Frederick arrived at 11:10.
Absent: Hayley England
III. Approval of Agenda: The agenda needs to be amended to remove item number 6, as there will be no vote today. A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Stephanie to accept the agenda as amended. All in favor, the motion passed.
IV. Public Hearing for establishment of industrial development district. The public hearing was opened at 11:10. The reason for the public hearing was explained.
V. Public Comment. At this time public comments were taken. A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to close the public hearing. All in favor. Public hearing was closed at 11:19.
VI. Vote on establishing industrial development district pursuant of Public Act 198. This item was removed from the agenda.
VII. Adjourn: A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to adjourn at 11:19. All in favor, the motion passed.
