I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:05.
II. Present: Stephanie Craig, Richard Porter, Scott Frederick, Hayley England
Absent: Randy Fisher
Audience: Harold Badger
III. Approval of agenda: A motion was made by Scott 2nd by Hayley to accept the agenda as written. All in favor; the motion passed.
IV. Public comment: Comments/questions were taken at this time.
V. New Business
1. Discuss and approve redistricting Pine Gate Solar parcels from agricultural to light industrial to meet requirements for Public Act 328. A motion was made by Scott 2nd by Hayley to approve the redistricting for Pine Gate Solar. Roll call vote. All in favor; the motion passed.
VI. Adjourn: A motion was made by Hayley 2nd by Scott to adjourn at 11:25. All in favor; the motion passed.
