Special Meeting

July 31, 2019

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Richard Porter at 11:00 a.m.

Pledge: The pledge was given by Supervisor Richard Porter.

Present: Roll call Scott Frederick, Shanna Pollman, Brenda Heisler, and Richard Porter.

Absent: Randy Fisher excused.

New Business: -Planning Commission proposed tabled until Thursday Meeting – then sent again to Calhoun County.

-Worked on Zoning Fees and Escrow Policy.

-Affidavit form goes to applicant as well as fee break down on the back page.

-Resolution 2019-03 Escrow fees and policy. A motion as made by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Shanna Pollman to adopt Resolution 2019-03. Roll call vote – Yes – Richard Porter, Shanna Pollman, Brenda Heisler, and Scott Frederick. The motion Carried.

Adjourn: A motion was made to adjourn by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Shanna Pollman at 11:30 a.m. The motion passed.
