Special Meeting

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter @12:00 p.m.

Pledge: The pledge was given by Scott Frederick.

Present: Roll call Randy Fisher, Shanna Pollman, Scott Frederick, and Richard Porter.

Absent: Brenda Heisler excused.

Audience: None.

Approval of the agenda: A motion was made by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Randy Fisher to approve the amended agenda to include the transfer of grant money funded to the proper line for the payment for the Jaws of Life for the Fire Department.

New Business: -A motion was made by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Randy Fisher to adopt the Ordinance 2018-01 for the Prohibition of Recreational Marijuana Establishments. Roll call vote – Yes –Shanna Pollman, Scott Frederick, Randy Fisher, and Richard Porter. Absent was Brenda Heisler. The motion passed Yes 4 and No 0.

-A motion to move $30,000.00 from Fire Blue Ox Savings to the Fire Chemical Checking for the payment of the Jaws of Life was made by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Shanna Pollman. Roll call vote – Yes – Shanna Pollman, Scott Frederick, Randy Fisher, and Richard Porter. Absent was Brenda Heisler. The motion passed Yes 4 and No 0.

Adjourn: A motion was made to adjourn by Scott Frederick, 2nd by Randy Fisher @12:17 p.m. The motion passed.
