I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:20 am.
The Pledge was led by Richard Porter
Present: Randy Fisher, Scott Frederick, Stephanie Craig, and Richard Porter, Hayley England.
Absent: None
Audience: Dave Martin
II. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Hayley to accept the agenda as written. All in favor. The motion passed.
III. Public Comment: None
V. New Business
1. Accept Tom Shedd’s letter of resignation. A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to accept Tom Shedd’s letter of resignation
2. Hire new Zoning Administrator. A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Scott to hire Dave Martin as zoning administrator as of January 1st. Roll Call vote; all in favor. The motion passed.
VI. Adjourn: A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Hayley to adjourn at 11:25. All in favor; the motion passed.
